If you experience any cable errors or issues with sizing your cable, please check:


  1.  There are no invalid fields (usually these will be shown in red)
  2. There is nothing obviously wrong with the input data you are using

SIR Number - when opening a support ticket please provide as much information as possible and screenshots if helpful.  At the bottom of each cable, edit page is a SIR number.  If you can provide this number, our support team will be able to find your cable and provide a faster response.
